Guests are limited to 1.5 hours on the course. If you are with a group and want to use our party area, after you have been on the course you may use one of the party areas for half an hour.
Children from aged 5 years are able to do the first 3 levels. Children younger than 9 years must have an adult each in gear, on the course with them. (That means age 8 and under. )The oldest Squirrel so far was 83 years! You are welcome to come along and beat that record.
Yes, there is a height limit of minimum 1m.

Not always, we love walk ins but please book ahead if you are coming with a group of 12 or more to avoid queuing. Or if you want to come with your group mid-week, out of hours.
You can make cancellations to your booking up to 48 hours before your start time. After that, refunds or rescheduling are not available. For larger groups, we recommend booking two less than expected, as you can add up to two extra participants on the day by paying cash or card on-site.
We do open mid- week but only for groups of minimum 12 people. Just choose Squirrel's Scramble out of hours bookings when booking online, or click here.
Yes you can, we accept all the major credit and debit cards.
Yes you can book online on the same day. If you are a small group, you can simply turn up and pay cash or card on site although if we're busy you may have to queue for a short while. You can also ring in advance to find out how busy we are. For mid week off peak groups we require advanced booking.
Yes if you are coming with a school tour, we require €100 deposit, pre- booking required.

No, we only close for yellow wind warnings. If there's lightning you will be instructed to get off the lines until it has passed.

Absolutely! If you're keen on archery, it'll cost an extra €5 per person, with a minimum charge of €50. Book into Squirrel's Scramble first, then shoot us an email at [email protected] with your booking number to request archery. Groups up to 15, minimum age 10. Let us know at least 48 hours in advance, subject to availability.
No, you don't. Only people hiring the equipment must pay. But if you are coming into Squirrel's Scramble and not taking part you must still sign the waiver.
Yes we do, if you want to cancel your booking you must give us 48 hours notice. Everything is outlined in our booking t&cs which you agree to when making your booking. You can find that here.
Comfortable clothes and sturdy shoes. At Squirrel's Scramble you will be fitted with a full body harness, so crop tops and hot pants for example would not be good as the harness could irritate bare skin. The obstacles throughout the park require sturdy footwear. Crocs and flip flops are not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse entry without refund if you are not wearing appropriate clothing, for your own safety.
We do get cancellations but don't keep a list. You can keep an eye on the website to see if something gets freed up or book a different date.

Squirrel’s Scramble is situated beside the overflow carpark in Killruddery Estate . Killruddery is 20kms south of Dublin, just beyond Bray in Co. Wicklow. Take the M50 southbound onto the N11 then take Exit 7, the Bray/Greystones exit and follow signs to Greystones. We are on the right near the end of the Southern Cross road leading from the N11 to the Greystones Rd. (Sat-Nav 53.184907, -6.102392)
Get the DART to Bray and from Bray Dart Station you can get the Finnegan's Bus, the 184 or 84 to Lord Meath’s Gate. Killruddery House and Gardens are an easy 500 metre walk from there. Simply walk up the hill and turn right the gates are 300 meters from there, on the left hand side of the road. Follow the Squirrel Signs to find Squirrel’s Scramble.
